The open space of the rotor accelerates flowability of materials. It enhances crushing efficiency and washing effect by resin to resin friction. Thin film can be also crushed.

The four tasks (cutting, washing, dewatering and separation) can be processed at high speed
by only one machine. It has realized resource recycling of food or soil contaminated plastic bags which were used to be disposed by incineration or land-filling.

多角形のローターにより、ケーシング内にランダムな空間を造ることでボトルを粉砕することなく、原型を保ったままラベルを剥離します。
固定針の調整により、丸でも潰れたボトルでも確実・連続的にラベルを剥離します。

飲料容器の混合廃棄物から、PETボトルのみを吸引し選別します。
コンベアーに取付け、強力ブロワーでPETボトルのみを吸引し、ライン外へ掃き出す仕組みです。手選別の重作業から解放、人件費削減に繋がります。

Polygonal rotor produces random space inside the casing and peels labels without crushing PET bottles. PET bottles keep original shape.
The machine can securely and continuously handles both round bottles and crushed bottles by adjusting the fixed needles.

Sucks and sorts only PET bottles among beverage containers. It is mounted on the conveyer. The strong blower sucks only PET bottles and ejects out from the line. It reduces hard work of hand sorting and saves labor cost. |
