Japanese economy is showing upturn recently. In other words, it is the figure over the previous year whichever up etc. of rise, general consumption of the increase, stock prices of investment in plant and equipment. Since 90's to now, "correspondence to earth environment" is requested in addition to the theme such as conventional labor-saving, cost-down in the packaging industry in Japan.

To maintain the limit certain resources, "new materials and clean energy" have been needed and some new products have developed such as recycling materials and biodegradable plastic etc., according to recycling raw in Japan.

Refer to the food industry, from the viewpoint of quality control and safety control, the infiltration of HACCP is attempted and equipments and materials have been spreaded for the clean room. In addition to this, traceability system is also keen to food labeling obligation and production record and universal design at present.

We held "A-PACK 2005 OSAKA" from April 13 to 16, 2005 at INTEX OSAKA with the scale of 329 exhibitors, 1,261 booths and it has been recognized as the place of exchanging between packaging industry to user side.

Since 2005 "FOOMA TECHNO KANSAIh (Kansai Food Machinery & Technology Exhibition) has held simultaneously, as the new exhibition, with A-PACK and 135,403 visitors in total from domestic and abroad.
And A-PACK 2007 will be held under the theme of "Creating New Technologies in Packaging, Logistics, Food & Environment in the 21st century" conjunction with FOOMA TECHNO KANSAI during April 18 to 21, 2007.

Finally, we are planning to hold A-PACK 2007 as the 50th anniversary of NIPPO CO., LTD. with the biggest scale and to enhance the exchanging of domestic and abroad in the packaging fields, also logistics and environment.

We can guarantee that exhibition "A-PACK 2007 OSAKA" will benefit greatly from development of the large Japanese market.
